What's Stroller Strides?Stroller Strides® is a 60-minute total-body workout with strength, cardio, and core training, all while engaging the little ones in a stroller! You’ll leave class feeling strong, empowered, connected, and energized—no matter your stage of motherhood. We move, sing, and interact with the little ones throughout class to engage and entertain them in the stroller! Who Should Come?Moms and children&nbsp;(ages 6 weeks to 5 years old).Note: If you need to bring older kids along during&nbsp;school breaks, contact&nbsp;Regina (information below) for the policies on this. What To Bring?You, your little one(s), a stroller, and water.&nbsp;If needed, you have the option to baby wear during the workout. If you think you might need it, bring your body carrier just in case.Note: Children MUST remain in a stroller or body carrier throughout&nbsp;the duration of each class.
